I work with incredible men and women who are determined to finally take control of their lives, and get off the emotional roller coaster they experience when interacting with a certain person or environment. My clients want to relinquish the hurt, anger, anxiety, and frustration caused by a person or situation in their life. They want to learn how to manage their minds and their emotions so that they can feel calm, confident and capable of handling any relationship.
This is exactly where I was when I discovered coaching. I had a pretty great life; close friends, a loving husband, financial security, healthy and beautiful kids… but I had a few relationships in my life that caused me intense stress and anxiety. This stress and anxiety manifested as me not showing up in a way that reflected who I truly am. Instead, I was reactive and easily angered. Other relationships in my life suffered as I tried everything I could think of to change the relationships that were causing me such anxiety.
I read self-help books, devoured blogs, searched the internet for the solution to my problem, but nothing gave me the long term results I was looking for. One evening I Googled the word “forgiveness”. I thought I needed to learn how to be more forgiving if wanted to be happy. Instead, I found a podcast by someone who later became my life coach. I listened to her podcast about forgiveness. And, then her one on anger. And then on judging others, and then the next one, and the next one. She was talking about everything I felt, and everything I was doing, and everything I thought about my life. She taught me that I was creating my own suffering. And, I could stop at any time.
Mind. Blown.
I committed then to breaking the cycle of how I handled negative relationships. I didn’t have feel like this any longer. I could learn to manage my mind and consciously decide how to think and feel about those relationships that were causing me such misery. I could make peace with my past, maximize my present, and continue to grow into the person I wanted to be. I knew it was going to be hard to “re-wire” my brain, but I was committed. And, I did it. I broke the cycle.
I went on to train at multiple highly regarded centers to become a life coach, and my calling now is to share my coaching skills with as many other people who are suffering as possible. I am especially skilled at accelerating my clients towards the results they desire. We work quickly, efficiently, and effectively, to provide you with massive, life changing results.
It’s time to feel better.
